It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Lee Lucas (Tyronza, Arkansas), born in Savannah, Tennessee, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lucas and Elsie Lucas; his wife Betty Lucas; his daughter Judy Rogers; and his brothers, Charles, John and Whitten Lucas.
He is survived by: his children, William Dwaine Lucas (Judy) of Tyronza, Angelia Lucas of Tyronza, Sue Whatley (Billy) of Cold Water and Clara Nadine Booth (Bopie) of Magnolia; and his siblings, Shirley Lucas of Tyronza, Gerneal Hall of Trumann, Joe Lucas (Pauline) of Tyronza and Leldon Lucas of Tyronza. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren as well as three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a contribution be made to the Sardis Lake Christian Camp in Sardis, Mississippi.
