It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donnie Ray Gean of Tyronza, Arkansas, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Onie Gean and Henrietta Gean; his children, Brittany Nichole Gean Gordon and Jason Michael Gean; and his siblings, Billy Joe Gean, Chuck Gean, Larry Gean, Winnie Lewis and Mary Cornell.

He is survived by : his significant other Charlotte Kay Simpson Gean; his siblings, Bobby Gean of Des Moines, Ronnie Gean (Carol) of West Memphis, Connie Gean of Searcy, Charlotte Massey (Jerry) of Greenbrier and Linnie Mae Eakers (Tootsie) of Ankeny; and his pet Marleigh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Black Oak Baptist Church (110 S Main St, Black Oak, AR 72414). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at the Tyronza Cemetery.
