He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Mazie Branum Hall; and his siblings, Ed, Tommy Jack Hall and Mabel Franks.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Hall of Rosharon, Billie Jo Vick (Guy) of Boerne and Christine Ferrara (Matthew) of Austin; his sister Ruth McElhaney of Scappoose; and his grandchildren, Rachel Marie Locatelli, Kendall Budnik, Chelsea Burge, Luke and Bella Ferrara. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-10 mask are required at all times during visitation and funeral service.
