She was predeceased by: her parents, Belmont Lindsey and Lillie Mae Gillitine Lindsey; her husband James Madison Lucas; her son Michael Lucas; and her siblings, John Lindsey and Mary Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Smith (Richard) of Turrell and Kenneth Lucas (Joyce) of Trumann; and her sister Sylvia Scroggins of Cherry Valley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and thirteen great-great grandchildren.
