He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Doss and Agnes McMahen Doss; his siblings, Elsie Conyers, Nancy Schaeffer, Shirley Wood, Jimmie Doss and Billy Doss; and his grandson Reginald White.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Doss; his children, Dale Edward Doss (Jada) and Donna Jo Doss; his sister Betty Lundberg; his grandchildren, Kierra Doss, Britany Doss, Morgan Doss, Dale Doss II, Justin Doss, Jeannie Davidson (Derrick), Ashley Woodard (Nelson) and Jason Davidson; his great grandchildren, King Doss, Brantley Doss, RaeLee Cullen, Makayla Cullen, Landon Cullen, Ava-James Woodard and Alyssa Davidson; and his close friend Jimmy Fraley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
