He is survived by: his wife Patsy McClelland of Turrell, AR; his brother Barry McClelland of Greenbriar, AR; and his grandchildren, Billy James McClelland of Senatobia, MS and Lindsey Boston of Moscow, TN. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
