Steven left this world on April 22, 2024 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Raymond and Hildred Grace DeWitt; and his siblings, Everetta Caviezel and Ray. He is survived by: his wife Sally DeWitt of Tumbling Shoals; his sister Judi McCarthy (Bill) of Pocatello; his sister-in-law Anita DeWitt of Tumbling Shoals; his nephew Steven DeWitt, Jr. (Kristy) of Searcy; his niece Kristi Hernandez (Rob) of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, Kim Smith (Tim) of Mountain Home, Shelly Godley, Lynn Scheffler of Heber Springs and Rob Scheffler (Lisa) of Stockton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
