It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Stokes of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas, born in Dyess, Arkansas, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Olas Stokes; his brother Gary Elliott Stokes; and his stepfather T. Henry Allison. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Johnson Stokes of Keiser; his wife Linda Bartlett Stokes; his daughters, Melissa Brumley (Don) of Etowah, Vicki Bitner (Curtis) of Etowah, Cyndi Scott (Kenny) of Milligan Ridge, Carla Stokes of Manila, Karen Burgess of Cabot and Sherrie Gamble of Hot Springs; and his siblings, Terry Stokes (Kaye) of Heber Springs, James Stokes (Eloise) of Etowah, Linda Kirk (Bobby) of Etowah and Barbara Williams of Heber Springs. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, seven bonus grandchildren and eleven bonus great grandchildren.
