She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Phillips and Mildred Mayberry Phillips; her husband Houston Baxter; and her brother Sonny Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Baxter of Heber Springs and Brett Baxter of Tumbling Shoals; her sisters, Pat Morgan of Memphis and Peggy Bringle of Rock Port; her grandchildren, Ryan Baxter and Taylor Smith (Chris); and her great grandchild Norah Smith. She is also survived by des other relatives and many friends.
