He was predeceased by: his parents, Erman Evans and Edith Evans (Belew); and his siblings, Rybe Evans, Kay King and Phyllis Gifford (Charles).
He is survived by: his wife Janie Griffin Evans; his daughters, Stacy Wagner (Randy) of Grubbs and Angela Haskett of Tuckerman; his brothers, Gary Evans (Nancy) of Pine Bluff and Ted Evans (Becky) of Tuckerman; his grandchildren, Stephen Haskett of Tuckerman, Callie Wagner Talley (Trent) of Jonesboro and Will Wagner of Grubbs; his great grandchildren, Addison Talley and Griffin Talley; and his close friends, Bobby Bradley, Dickie Morris and Eddie Bonds.
