He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Sandra Ballard; his wife Sandra Bowen (Ballard); his daughters, Dana Bowen of Tuckerman and Deanna "DeeDee" Stapleton (Scott) of Tuckerman; his siblings, Sammy Bowen of Swifton, Kenny Bowen of Weiner, Paul Whitlock of Melbourne, Wanda Jackson of Newport and Sharon Bowen of Paragould; his grandsons, Garrett Montgomery (Abby) and Bryce Bowen; his great grandchild Joseph Montgomery; and his brother Eladio Cenobio. He is also survived by two daughters, delighted in their two grandsons.
