He is survived by: his wife Carrie Foster; his daughters, Joni Foster of Cabot and Katie Foster of Abilene, Texas; his daughter-in-law Jessica Garnett of Bryant; his stepchildren, Heather Halbrook of Little Rock and Jeremy Lockett of Little Rock; his siblings, Virgil Foster Jr. of Tuckerman and Melody Perry of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Brayden Bryant of Cabot, Ellie Garnett of Bryant, Travis Garnett of Bryant, Jalen Simmons of Little Rock, Alexis Hulem of Little Rock and Kyrie Hulem of Little Rock; his nieces and nephews, Olivia Perry of Jonesboro, Hannah Perry of Jonesboro, Ryan Foster of Tuckerman and Travis Foster of Tuckerman; his great-nephew Czar Reed; and his great-niece Blaiklee Foster.
