He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fowler, Sr. and Allene "Red" Sharp (Browning). He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Gates of Paragould; his sister Pam Fowler Huskey (Palma) of Hopewell; his half-brothers, John Fowler (Tina) of Conway and Rodger Fowler (Terri) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Fowler of McCrory and Alex Gates of Tuckerman; his great grandchild Jade Fowler; and his godmother Jetta Wackerly Hickman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
