She is survived by : her children, Tyler Simmons of Jonesboro, Kyle Simmons of Georgia and Haley Simmons of Tuckerman; her brothers, Mark Butler (Judy) of Newark and Stephen Butler (Angula Blackwell) of Vilonia; and her granddaughter Jordyn Simmons.
