She is survived by: her son Howard Lane Merrel of Tuckerman; her grandchildren, Nicole Scott (Stephen) of Brookland, Drew Brown of Los Angeles and Phoenix Merrell of Bradford; and her great grandchild Alexis Scott of Brookland.
