She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Elmer and Agnes Hatler Byerly; her husband James A. Johnston, Jr. (J. A.); her siblings, Jennie Brooks, Oneal Overfelt and William Haskell Byerly; and her son-in-law Dan Keeton.
She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Jane Johnston, Elizabeth Keeton (Kitten) and Jenneal Runsick (John); her grandchildren, Brad Allen Runsick (Amber), Jill Katherine Coles (Anthony), Alexandra Paule Taylor (Kevin), Jon Keeton (Rhonda) and Angie Vickers; her great grandchildren, Oliver Michael Taylor, Katherine Shirley Runsick, Charlotte Ruth Runsick, Abilene Jane Coles, Joely Rebecca Coles, Baby Coles and Skyler Keeton; and her great great grandchildren, Canyn, Landon Johnson and Asher Keeton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made either to the Tuckerman Freewill Baptist Church, The Gideons, or the charity of your choice.
