We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2024, at the age of 76, James Provence of Tuckerman, Arkansas, born in Newport, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Provence and Violet Provence (Runsick); his sister Glenna Smart; his great-nephew Michael Wesley Cowell; and his sister-in-law Annabelle Provence.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Provence of LaPlace, Louisiana and Sandra Provence of Tuckerman, Arkansas; his brother-in-law JW Smart; his nieces and nephews, Van Provence (Katy), Paul Provence (Leslie), Rob Provence, Becky Smart Hamilton, Jennifer Dilday (Jeff) and Samantha Anderson (Gray); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sara Hamilton, Paul Hamilton, Loren Provence, Hannah Dilday, Claire Dilday, Emily Provence, Will Provence and Maggie Anderson.
