He is survived by: his children, Daniel Midgett (Cheryl Lynn) of Tuckerman, Mary Gail Miller (Sonnie) of Lawton and Jennifer Kay Midgett of Tuckerman; his grandchildren, Shi Ann Bumpous Powell, Jessie Bumpous, Aaron Miller, Makayla Miller, Disa Spotts (Josh), Caleb Martin and Noah Martin; his great grandchild Ashling Spotts; and his brother Leon Midgett (Linda) of St. Peters, Missouri.
