She was predeceased by: her parents, William Verdie and Eula Hubbard (Winemiller); her husband Clifford Carl Riley; her son James Cooper; her granddaughter Robyn Bradford; and her siblings, Johnny Ray Hubbard and Eunice Tackett.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Clifford Riley, Jr. (Dianna) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Amber Emery of Tuckerman and Tammy Muir (Allen) of Newport; her grandchildren, Dexter Cooper (Lauren), Sarah Cooper (Cody Hembrey), Peyton Emery, Mathew Emery, Brandi Riley, Chris Mitchell, Patrick Riley and James Cameron; her great grandchild Jalynn Bradford; her daughter-in-law Teresa Combs Carlton; and her close friends, Janet Hagood, Vickie Dockins and DeeDee Stapleton.
