He was predeceased by : his parents, Othel Duvall and Junia Duvall (Tomlinson); his brother Larry; his cousin Randy Tomlinson; and his close friends, Buddy Elliott and Henry Brock.

He is survived by : his siblings, James Duvall (Sharon) of Tuckerman, Arthur Duvall (Mary) of Tuckerman, Donna Duvall of Boulder and Sandy Black (David) of Tuckerman; his nieces and nephews, Ken Duvall (Leah), Chris Duvall (Anni), Hunter Black, Tyler Black, Stacy Bright (Ronnie), Misty Currier and Kelsey Black; his aunts, Sis Sullins, Kaye Birdsong and Bennie Barker; his cousin Marsha Ring; and his friend Rhea Dennis. He is also survived by seven great nieces/nephews; and three great-great nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gracelawn Cemetery (110 Gracelawn Dr, Tuckerman, AR 72473).
