It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clinton Carter (Tuckerman, Arkansas), born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on August 31, 2018, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward Carter, Mildred Carter and Donna Betts; and his uncles, Eddie Jay Carter and Mark Betts.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Lavon and Lisa Lyn Carter (Owen); his daughters, Kyleigh Adams of Holden Louisiana and Jennifer Adams of Holden Louisiana; his sister Brandi Burton (Jason) of Tuckerman; his grandfather Larry Owen of Mattoon, IL; his nephews, Ean, Langdon, Jaxson and Lennox; his cousin Heather Penix (Joey) of Searcy; and his niece Karlee Penix. He is also survived by several other cousins, family and friends.
