He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Riley and Ida Riley (Miller); his wife Rebecca Victoria Riley (Poole); his former wife Elwonda Baker Riley; his son Charles Raymond Riley; and his siblings, Imogene Milligan, Ruby Dean, Silas Riley, Oscar Lee Riley of Tuckerman, J. C. Riley, Edward, Peckâ and Larry Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Riley (Cheryl) of Jonesboro, Perry Riley (Lisa) of Tuckerman and Charlene Stapleton (Doug) of Tuckerman; his grandchildren, Rebecca Orr (Wally), Joel Riley (Bridget), Ashlee Foster (Shawn), Amanda Fortenberry (Jason), Brynn Bowen (Mitch) and Brian Stapleton (Jody); his great grandchildren, Charles Orr (Emma), Abagail Orr, Jamison Fortenberry (Madi), Anna Fortenberry, Ellis Riley, Nolan Riley, Noah Riley (Victoria), Ben Bowen, Peyton Stapleton, Harper Stapleton and Mack Riley Foster; his great great grandchild Cylus Fortenberry; and his siblings, Hilda Bradley of Walnut Ridge, Alvis of Tuckerman, Boâ of Tuckerman, Donald Riley of Tuckerman and Doyle Riley of Tuckerman.
