He is survived by: his wife Brenda Surratt; his children, Brian Surratt (Katrice) of Tucker, Arkansas and Susan Surratt Carroll (John) of Tucker, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Noah Surratt, Kaylee Surratt, John Evan Campbell, Dylan Carroll and Addison Carroll; and his great grandchild Nova Grace.
