We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2024, at the age of 19, Shaveon Areunna Sheets of Tucker, Arkansas, born in Dumas, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Shaveon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shaveon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Sheets; and her great-grandparent Ora Jean Benton. She is survived by: her mother Shanita Sheets Hadley (Shyrome); her sister Jaida Sheets; her stepbrother Reginald Hadley of Pine Bluff, AR; her grandparents, Jackie Owens of Grady, AR., Sharon Young of Reed, AR., Otha Lee Staggers of Fort Smith, AR. and Kenneth Owens of McGehee, AR.; and her great-grandparents, Rosie Lee Jefferson of Fort Smith, AR. and Leon Benton Sr. of Tillar, AR.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (2704 Commerce Cir, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the McGehee Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (202 Church St, McGehee, AR 71654).
