He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Clingmon Freeman of Tucker; his siblings, Troy Freeman (Connie) of Tucker, Roy Freeman (Louise) of Tucker, Larry Freeman (Sebrenia) of Scott, Vernon Freeman (Connie) of Pine Bluff, Clinton Freeman of Scott, Thelma Brown (Alfred) of Lonoke, Janie Bryant, Joyce Bell (Carl) of Pine Bluff, Debra Freeman of Little Rock and Vernastean Freeman of Waldorf, Maryland; his children, Tomeka Jackson (Charles) of Pine Bluff, Nikki N. Freeman of Irvin, Texas and Cleveland Freeman, Jr. (Teresa) of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Nautica, Earl, Treyvon, Aiden Freeman, Khristopher, Riley and Dedric Surratt. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
