He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Sr. Winters and Patsey Winters (White); and his siblings, Billy Winters Jr., Linda Bowman, Brenda Suttles and Jessie Winters.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Winters; his children, Brandon Goodwin (Courtney) of Batesville, Lane Harrison (Jarrah) of Black Rock and Baylee Winters-Wycuff (Matthew) of Portia, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jaylie, Paisley, Aiden, Chase, Brynlee, Ella, Riverland, Brandon Jr. and Winter; and his sisters, Teresa Vaughn (Eddy) of Jonesboro and April Winters of Jonesboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life long friends.
