She was predeceased by: her husbands, Gilbert Smith and Milford Crouch; her son Bobby Smith; her daughter-in-law Brenda DuVall Smith; her grandsons, Ronnie Stephenson and Gregory Smith; and her siblings, Harold "Mickey", Roy Cockrum, Opal Lee Brown, Glendola Greenway, Evelyn Cockrum and Ernestine Cockrum.
She is survived by: her son Tommie Jean Stephenson; and her grandchild Unia McBride of Washington, IL. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to First Assembly of God Building Fund, 27654 W. Main Ext, Trumann, AR 72472.
