He was predeceased by: his son Larry Luna; his grandson Jonathon Bell; and his parents, Sid Bell and Gurtie M. Little Bell. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Mullins Bell; his children, Scott Bell (Patty) of Brookland, AR, Steve Bell of Osceola, AR, Connie Criswell of Paragould, AR and Christine Fortier (A. J.) of Jonesboro, AR; his sister Dollie Rudd of Kennett, MO; and his grandchildren, Jessica Knight, Kenneth Fortier, Geoff Fortier, Brandy Rinks, Jordan Crisswell, Shawn Bell and Tabitha Bell. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
