He is survived by: his sister Arlie Emajean Swindle; and his nieces and nephews, Gina Barber, Susan Marquess, Rhonda Swindle, Cindy Leonard, Diana White, Danyell Terry, Debbie Scholl, Tom Roberts (Lauren), Steve Swindle, Edwin Swindle, James Edward Spence, Stan Roberts, Jeff Roberts, Gregg Roberts, Mark Roberts, Justin Terry and James Dean Terry.
