He is survived by: his wife Minnie Conrad (Holt); his daughters, Vickie Lindsey (Rocky) of Jonesboro, Teresa Roche (Robert) of Jonesboro and Sandy Forbis (Mike) of Memphis; his brother Raymond Conrad of Prarie Grove; his grandchildren, Chris Forbis, Matt Forbis, Heath Warbritton, Clay Forman and Camille Holt; and his great grandchildren, Carter Kirk, Jonah Forbis, Elin Kirk, Lawson Dill, Bea Forbis, Carrie Forman, Jett Forbis and Wes Forman.
