She is survived by: her parent Juanita Stephens Stone Whitehead; her daughters, Penny Burk of Springfield, MO and April Burk of Missouri; and her siblings, Wilma Payne of Searcy, AR, Etta Long of Harrisburg, AR, Catherine Renfro of Trumann, AR and Lynn Carmen of Corinth, MS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
