He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvie Bestel and Edith Constant; and his siblings, Floyd, Jerry, Doyle Constant, Hazel Turner, Shirley Woodall, Billie Scott and Erma Boatman.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Constant, Jr. (Courtney) and Kim Pollard (Teddy); his stepchildren, Colton Turner (Morgan) and Tara Pearson (Gene); and his sisters, Tammy Elrod, Bonnie Ellison and Abbie Thacker. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one on the way; one great-grandchild.
