He is survived by: his wife Lanora June Weems; his daughters, Rhonda Gaither, Jennifer Orr (Philip) and Cindy Buie (David); his grandchildren, T. J. Tucker, Dustin Tucker, Allie Tucker, Seth Gaither, Morgan Gaither, Ruthilea Buie and David Buie (Bubby); his great grandchild Jared Tucker; his siblings, Eugene Weems (Tina), Paul Weems, Ricky Weems (Toni) and Jackie Ulrey (Ray); and his mother-in-law Myrtle Freeman.
