He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Higgins (Diane) of Tull, Rickey Higgins (Charlie) of East End, Wayne Higgins (Lesha) of Tull, Judy Hayes (Terry) of Traskwood, Valerie Ramsey (Leonard) of Benton, Jana Blair of Benton and Lavel Neal (Paul) of Traskwood; and his sisters, Helen Pierce of Haskell and Linda Witham of Haskell. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.
