He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Barnett and Addie Mae Buie Earnest; his brother Junior Earnest; his brother-in-law Arnold Baker; his nephew Daniel Earnest; his great-nephew Kyle Ray; and his great-niece Ivy Neal.
He is survived by: his daughter LaTonya Hayslip (Ben); his grandchildren, Dillon Rutherford and Sierra Hayslip; his great grandchild Scarlet Burden; his siblings, Gene Earnest (Louise), Marion Earnest (Sandy), Mickey Earnest (Karen), Louise Baker and Mary Cupit (Kenneth); and his pet Cuddles. He is also survived by nieces and nephew, great nieces and great nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Regency Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
