He was predeceased by: his siblings, Coelene, Monte (Linda), Doug, Scotty and Dwain; and his nephew Shannon.
He is survived by: his daughter Mallory (Derek); his granddaughter Lennon of Kansas City; his brothers, Dugan (Evelyn) of Elm Springs and Gene (Sherry) of Siloam Springs; and his sister-in-law Joyce of Elm Springs. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins; and immeasurable family and friends.
