He is survived by: his wife Lola May Evans Davenport; his children, Joe Dean Davenport II (Dorie) of Siloam Springs, Jarvis William Davenport (Erin) of Tontitown, Deana Kay Doshier (late J. D.) of Elkins and Diane Karol Sachs of Elm Springs; his stepsons, James Floyd Cornelison (Debbie) of Springdale, Jerry Loyd Cornelison (Annette) of Hindsville and Johnny Scott Cornelison (Tina) of Hindsville; his stepdaughter-in-law Cindy Cornelison; his siblings, John William Davenport (Bill) and Faye Filbeck; his grandchildren, Jason Sachs (Jenny), Jennifer Lowrey, Josh Scott, Joe Dean Davenport III (Tripp), John Tyler Davenport (Ty), Kya DeZurik, Jade DeZurik and Harper Main; his great grandchildren, Jordan Holloway, Jasmine Scott, Jericho Lowrey, Noah Scott, Luke Scott, Grant Sachs and Reece Sachs; his great great grandchild Perseus Hingle; his sisters, Ellen Ledbetter, Lois Cordell, Sarah Mildred Mitchell and Floy Williams (Lea); and his stepson Jeffrey Lynn Cornelison.
