He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woodrow and Irene Luellen Starkey. He is survived by: his sons, Travis Starkey and Justin Starkey; his siblings, James Starkey and Sharon Huff; and his grandchildren, Kodi Starkey and Kaci Starkey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
