With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Bernice Kelley (Timbo, Arkansas), born in Newnata, Arkansas, who passed away on April 28, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elmer and Nora May Webb (Adams); her son Douglas Ernest Kelley; and her brothers, Howard Webb, Ozell Webb and Christopher C. Webb.

She is survived by: her husband Ernest Joe Kelley; her brother John Elmer Webb; her grandson Joseph Douglas Kelley; and her brother Tom Tutt. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
