He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Ivy and Odeline Ivy (Johnson); his grandparents, Ulis, Ruby Clark, Willis and Argie Johnson; his uncles, Oyd Johnson and Kertis Johnson; and his aunt Diana Price.
He is survived by: his sisters, Peggy Harris (Mike) of Big Flat, Vickie Jenkins (Larry) of Fayetteville and Patricia Ivy of Timbo, Arkansas; his niece Cassie Porterfield (Nick) of Conway, Arkansas; his nephews, Brandon Jenkins of Fayetteville and Brett Harris of Little Rock, Arkansas; his great-nieces, Tenley and Rosalyn Porterfield of Conway, Arkansas; his uncle Dwight Johnson (Kay); his aunts, Judy Johnson and Wilma Johnson; and his brother Daryl Pitts. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
