He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Altman and Addie Altman (Dodson); his wife Wanda Altman (Webb); his son Randy Altman; and his brothers, Vaughn Altman and J. T. Altman.
He is survived by: his children, Malinda Brightwell, Lana Smith (Joel) and Stanley Altman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roller Crouch Chapel (405 S Peabody Ave, Mountain View, AR 72560). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
