She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Curtis and Dolly Brewer Curtis. She is survived by: her husband James W. Hawkins; her son Roger Dale Hawkins; her grandchildren, Jonathan and Dawn; her children, Donny Hawkins (Dana) of Lowell and Rita Plunkett (Eric) of Tillar; and her brothers, Roy Curtis (Barbara) of Sherwood and Buel Curtis (Glenda) of Fayetteville. She is also survived by four grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
