He is survived by: his father Ray Collins of Tillar; his children, Cody Collins of Kingsland and Jennia Collins of Rison; his sister Rhonda Fish of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Logan Akins, Chase Akins of Rison and Tobee Collins of Rison.
