It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Carrol Milholland of Tillar, Arkansas, born in Dermott, Arkansas, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe Milholland and Vivian Aline Reaves Milholland; and his sister Margaret Pamplin. He is survived by: his wife Polly Milholland; his children, Curt Milligan, Amber Clemons (Chad) of Dumas and Kaylea Milholland (Aaron) of Watson; his daughter-in-law Heather Milligan of Dumas; and his siblings, Lannie Milholland of Tillar, Ricky Milholland of Brunswick, Barry Joe Milholland of California, Phyllis Reed of McGehee and Norma Byrant of Arkansas City. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
