He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee Williams, Sr. and Lilla Lee Williams; his wife Velma Jean Wallace Williams; and his daughter Julia Morgan. He is survived by: his children, J. W. Williams (Virginia) of Nady, Gary Williams (Monta Sue) of DeWitt, Lila Williams of Nady and Janet Lampkin (David) of Greers Ferry; and his grandchildren, Chris Campbell, Jonathan McNeely, Shane Holzhauer, Jennifer Menard, Becki Layman, Anthony, Kevin, Matthew and Michael Williams. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
