It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Carl Proctor (Tichnor, Arkansas), who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son James Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Reaves Proctor; his daughters, Janet Reynolds of Hermitage, Virginia Williams of Tichnor and Ester Carver of Cabot; and his sister Mildred Maxwell of Bastrop, LA.. He is also survived by nine grandsons; eighteen great grandchildren.
