He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Phillip Williams and Lema Emma Crawford Williams; his wife Beverly Williams; and his siblings, Betty, Veda, Phillip and Darrell.
He is survived by: his children, David Bailey (Lee) of Prattsville, Jody Bailey (Aimee) of Prattsville, Marty Smith (Lindsey) of Thornton, Chad Smith (Britt) of Thornton and Jonna Quarles (Cliff) of Thornton; his siblings, Jenny and Dennis; and his close friend Mary Coleman of Thornton. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
