He is survived by: his wife Becky Callaway Howard of Thornton; his children, Calinda Green (Gary) of Farmington and John Wayne Howard (Deidre) of Eagle Mills; his siblings, Charles Howard of Bearden, James Howard of Holly Springs, Barbara Bledsoe of El Dorado, Lori Scroggins of Cleveland and Ranea Dear of Rayville, LA; his grandchildren, Alec Hopkins, Montana Taylor, Kailey Larkins, Layney Howard, Waylan Howard, David Dominguez, Shelby Green and Wesley Green; and his great grandchildren, Maliak, Corrie, Gracie, Rosalina and Phoebe.
