It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas Fuller of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Eugene Fuller; his parents, James Coy and Martha Josephine Fuller; and his brothers, Gregory Lucien Fuller and David Malloy Fuller.
He is survived by: his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Laura Fuller; his grandchildren, Ryan of Texarkana and Graham of Texarkana; his daughter Whitney Hanna; his grandchildren, Brennan of DeKalb and Allie of Lavon; and his brother James Coy Fuller, Jr. of Smyrna, TN. He is also survived by many friends and other relatives.
