He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Westmoreland and Ethyl Westmoreland; his brother Carl Westmoreland; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Jones. He is survived by: his sister Janet; his brother-in-law David DeLaughter of Doddridge, Arkansas; and his brother Roy Jones of Doddridge, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
